From 1995 until today, even though the CONTINENTAL DRIFTERS’s last album was released on Blue Rose in 2003, the sextet from New Orleans was one of the hottest bands on the label. Great albums like „Vermilion“ or „Better Day“ as well as several extensive tours in Germany proved the exceptional position of this group. Now label founder Edgar Heckmann has told the story of the band in the first podcast for Blue Rose with anecdotes, supplemented by rare photos and videos. The show is in German but includes English subtitles.
