Es war ja bereits abzusehen, dass wir nach Abschluss der 2. Staffel unserer kleinen exklusiven "Blue Rose Nuggets"-Serie weitermachen würden. Wir haben uns auch Gedanken gemacht, ob wir an dem Aufbau der Compilations etwas ändern sollten, aber warum? Wir denken, dass die Mischung stimmt - neue Stücke, dazwischen interessante Songs aus den vergangenen 11 Jahren Blue Rose sowie bisher unveröffentlichte Live-Aufnahnmen oder Videos. Und so ist auch auf der Ausgabe 1 der "Season 3" wieder von allem etwas vertreten: Neue Songs aus brandneuen Blue Rose-Album von unseren neuen "Familienmitgliedern" Wrinkle Neck Mules und Gurf Morlix, mit denen wir garantiert viel Freude haben werden. Rares Live-Material gibt es von den Silos und den Resentments, ein weiteres Outtake von Rich Hopkins sowie ein professionelles Video von Rickie Lee Jones.
First issue of "Season 3" from the Blue Rose mailorder only CD series "Blue Rose Nuggets". Like the previous volumes it contains songs from the Blue Rose backcatalogue and new albums as well as some rare live gems like "Susan Across The Ocean" from The Silos and The Resentments, another outtake from the "The Horse I Rode In On" sessions by Rich Hopkins plus a video from Rickie Lee Jones' "Falling Up".
