Es ist vollbracht! Mit der vorliegenden 36. Ausgabe ist auch die 3. Staffel mit 12 Asgaben unserer Mailorder Only-Serie komplett. Seit nunmehr 6 Jahren basteln wir alle 2 Monate eine neue Compilation zusammen, die aus Songs neuer Alben sowie aus dem umfangreichen Backkatalog besteht, angereichert mit unveröffentlichten Live-Tracks, Outtakes oder auch Videos. Sicher wird es auch eine weitere "Season" geben, warum sollte man eine erfolgreiche Reihe auch einstellen? Die vorliegende Ausgabe hat nochmals alles, was das Herz eines Blue Rose-Kunden begehrt - Neuheiten von Buddy & Julie Miller, Scott Weiland, Ben Lee und Steve Wynn, bisher unveröffentlichte Live-Aufnahmen vom Duo Parsons Thibaud, vom Trio Easton Stagger Phillips und vom Quintett Band Of Heathens, deren Song "Wheels On The Ground" weder auf dem Studioalbum noch auf den Live-Scheiben zu finden ist. Den Schlusspunkt setzt ein Videoclip von Calexico aus der Live From Austin TX-DVD-Serie.
It's done! With Volume 36 Season 3 of our mailorder only series is completed. Since now six years we are collecting a new compilation every two months, including songs from new albums and tracks from the big Blue Rose back catalog, additioned by unreleased live tracks, outtakes, and videos. For sure there will be another season coming up - why should a successful series be stopped? This current issue once more contains everything the heart of a Blue Rose fan wants to get - news by Buddy & Julie Miller, Scott Weiland, Ben Lee, and Steve Wynn, previously unissued live recordings by the duo Parsons Thibaud, of the trio Easton Stagger Phillips and from the quintet The Band Of Heathens, whose song "Wheels On The Ground" is not available on any studio or live album. Lastly there is a video from Calexico, taken from the band's Live From Austin, TX DVD.
